Shipping policy

We make sure that our customers receive their goods as soon as possible. Each item's delivery time may vary depending on its size, weight and availability in stock.

Delivery is performed on working days from 9:00 - 17:00 to the delivery address you specified. Approximate delivery time is listed on each product page.

Delivery type, time and price for non-standard products or custom made products are determined individually for each case and do not follow rules mentioned above.

When choosing delivery by courier, the goods are delivered only to the front door of the main building. Therefore, we ask you to take care of the further delivery of the goods (for example: to the apartment door) yourself.

In cases where it is necessary for the safety of the product during transportation or for the optimisation of the transportation process, your order can be placed and delivered on a wooden pallet. The wooden pallet is not intended for return and the customer is responsible for its further use or disposal.
